Sales & lead generation desk
Sales support outsourcing on the Sales & lead generation desk gives your closers a named appointment setter, SDR or sales admin. Books meetings, builds and verifies lead lists, answers inbound leads in minutes, keeps the CRM clean and runs follow-up sequences, always with lawful consent and do-not-call scrubbing.
- Named assistant plus backup
- Employed, screened, managed
Twelve services, your CRM, your hours.
Why this desk is different at AssistBPO
Salespeople should sell. Everything else on the pipeline, the list building, the first touch, the fourth follow-up, the CRM notes nobody writes, the proposal formatting, is what the Sales & lead generation desk does. Each setter or SDR is a named employee of the group, trained on your offer and your script, working in your CRM and dialer with a trained backup and a team lead who reviews call recordings and sequences every week. Outbound is compliant by design: consent captured, do-not-call lists scrubbed, calling hours respected in every market. Real estate teams get an ISA who knows Follow Up Boss; agencies get GoHighLevel; everyone gets meetings on the calendar and a clean pipeline report on Monday.

KPIs we report
| KPI | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Speed to lead | Inbound leads called back within minutes convert at a multiple of those called back tomorrow. We report the median minutes from form to first call. |
| Meetings booked and held | Booked is only half the number. We track meetings set, confirmed, held and rescheduled, so show rate is visible every week. |
| Connect and conversation rate | How many dials reach a person and how many turn into a real conversation. Low connect rates point to list or timing problems we fix in the weekly review. |
| CRM completeness | Every conversation logged with a next step and a date. Deals with no activity in 14 days are listed by name in the Friday report. |
| Sequence reply rate | Follow-up cadences are measured step by step, and copy is changed when a step goes quiet, with your approval. |
| Compliance log | Consent source, do-not-call scrub date and calling hours recorded on every outbound touch, reviewed monthly on the QA scorecard. |
Tools we work in on this desk
Frequently asked questions
Is the outbound calling compliant?
Yes, by design. Outbound calls, SMS and email are made only with lawful consent and do-not-call scrubbing: TCPA consent, calling hours and DNC scrubbing in the US, PECR and TPS screening in the UK, CASL express consent and the National DNCL in Canada, the Do Not Call Register and Spam Act in Australia. We do not robocall, we do not buy consent and we never do third-party debt collection.
How much does sales support outsourcing cost?
Plans depend on hours, desks and coverage. Get a staffing plan within 1 business day. For orientation, managed offshore assistants are published at $7 to $15 an hour or $640 to $2,400 a month full-time, while US sales support staff average $19.45 an hour on PayScale and an in-house hire costs $4,700 to $9,100 a month loaded (Wishup 2026 Industry Report). We price per setter or SDR for a block of hours.
Where do the leads come from?
Three sources, and you choose the mix: your inbound leads from forms, ads and calls; lists we build to your ideal customer profile and verify against company websites and registries; and your own past clients and sphere. We do not buy lists of personal data without your written approval, and every list is scrubbed against the relevant do-not-call registers before the first touch.
Do setters work in our CRM and dialer?
Yes. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE and similar systems, with Dialpad, RingCentral, Aircall or your own dialer, through named seats you control. Every dial, email and note lands in your CRM, so your reporting stays intact and you can take the work back in-house at any time. Call recordings stay in your dialer, so your managers can listen alongside our team lead.
What does the real estate ISA service include?
A named inside sales agent who works your new leads, past clients and sphere in Follow Up Boss or kvCORE: speed-to-lead callbacks, qualification, nurture sequences, appointment setting for buyer and listing consults and daily notes. Setters are trained on real estate vocabulary and TCPA rules for lead follow-up, and a team lead reviews recorded calls weekly. The ISA reports leads worked, conversations and appointments set every day.
How do you handle proposals and sales admin?
The sales admin and proposal preparation services take the paperwork off your closers: proposals and quotes formatted from your templates, pricing sheets maintained, contracts sent for signature and chased, orders and commissions data entered and reconciled. Pricing decisions stay with you; the desk prepares, sends and tracks. Sales admin also keeps commission data, order confirmations and contract renewals up to date, so your closers are not reconciling spreadsheets at month-end.
Can you support events, webinars and conferences?
Yes. The event coordination service handles invitations, registrations, reminders and post-event follow-up; conference outreach books meetings with attendees before the show and follows up afterwards with the people who agreed to hear from you. Both work from your CRM and respect consent rules for every contact. After the event you get one sheet: who registered, who attended, who was met, and which follow-ups are booked.
How is quality controlled?
Every setter has a trained backup and a team lead. The team lead listens to a sample of recorded calls each week, reviews sequences and CRM notes, and scores the work monthly on a QA scorecard covering script adherence, tone, accuracy and compliance. You see connects, meetings, show rate and pipeline in the Friday report. Scripts and sequences are changed only with your approval.
