Who is the LinkedIn outreach desk for?
- Founders selling to a narrow B2B audience
- Your buyers are on LinkedIn and nowhere else useful. An assistant keeps a steady, personal conversation flow going while you run the company.
- Agencies and consultancies building authority
- Profile, posts, comments and direct messages worked as one rhythm, so content and outreach support each other rather than running separately.
- SaaS and IT sales teams
- Target account lists worked by role and trigger, with research notes on every conversation handed to the rep before the call.
- Recruiting and staffing firms on business development
- Hiring managers and operations leaders approached about your services, kept clearly separate from candidate sourcing activity.

Deliverables and KPIs
AssistBPO reports 6 measures on the LinkedIn outreach desk: what lands on your desk, what we count, and how often you see the number.
| Deliverable | KPI we report | Cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Connection requests sent | Requests per day against safe limits, with personalization | Daily |
| Acceptance rate | Accepted requests as a share of sent, by persona | Weekly |
| Conversations opened | Threads with a genuine two-way reply | Weekly |
| Meetings booked | Calls in the calendar with a research note attached | Weekly |
| Inbox response time | Hours from an inbound message to a human reply | Daily |
| Profile and posting activity | Posts published and comments made against the plan | Weekly |
KPIs are what we measure and report, agreed per engagement in the weekly review. Service-level commitments are set in your agreement, not on this page.

Match
A 20-minute discovery call on who you want to reach, what you want to be known for, how you write, whether you have Sales Navigator and how much of your own voice you want on the account. Within 72 hours we propose a named assistant with B2B social selling experience in your sector, plus a trained backup.
-
Onboard
We rewrite the profile with you, build the target list, write the message set per persona and agree daily limits that stay inside LinkedIn's terms. Access is granted through the account-access options LinkedIn itself provides, never by handing over a password. The first week is 20 messages you read before anything is sent.
-
Daily rhythm
The assistant clears the inbox and new connection requests first, sends the day's personalized requests by hand, continues open conversations, comments on posts worth commenting on and books any call that comes up. The end-of-day report lists requests sent, replies received, conversations worth your attention and meetings booked.
-
Weekly review
20 minutes with the team lead: acceptance rate by persona, which opening message is getting replies, conversations that stalled, post performance and the list segments to work next. Message sets are rewritten monthly, because the opener that worked in January is usually tired by March.
Hours, coverage and models
AssistBPO staffs the LinkedIn outreach desk on 4 models. Messaging runs in your prospects' business hours across US Eastern to Pacific, UK, Canadian and Australian time from the group's two offices, so replies land while the conversation is still warm. AEST shifts are available on request.
- Dedicated outreach assistant, 160 hours a month, for a team of reps with individual accounts
- Part-time assistant, 80 hours a month, for one founder or one rep
- Profile and content block to rebuild presence before outreach starts
- Outreach assistant plus a lead researcher as a pod for account-based campaigns

What are the terms on the LinkedIn outreach desk?
The card, the contract terms and the LinkedIn outreach desk's own numbers, in one place.

| Desk | Sales & lead generation desk |
| Standard schedule | Dedicated outreach assistant, 160 hours a month, for a team of reps with individual accounts |
| Coverage | Messaging runs in your prospects' business hours across US Eastern to Pacific, UK, Canadian and Australian time from the group's two offices, so replies land while the conversation is still warm. |

| KPIs reported | 6 measures: daily, weekly |
| Setup fee | None |
| Minimum term | Month to month, no lock-in |
| Notice | 30 days, to stop or to change hours |
| If the fit is wrong | Trained backup covers the desk the same day, re-match at no charge |
| Continuity | One named assistant, one named backup, one team lead |
| Who does the work | Employed by SS Support Network LLC, never freelancers or contractors |
These are rate-card starting points. What you pay depends on the hours, the desk and the coverage window, which is what the staffing plan sets. Rates improve as you add assistants. Your staffing plan states the rate for the number of seats you need. The rate card carries the other currencies, the add-ons and the six things that move a plan off it.
How much does LinkedIn outreach cost?
Plans start at $400 a month for 40 hours, at $10 an hour, and rates improve as you add assistants. Get a staffing plan within 1 business day.
What moves the plan
- Hours a week and whether the desk is dedicated or shared
- Phones: live answering needs a receptionist profile and a backup
- Coverage zone: business hours, after-hours, weekends or 24/7
- Tools and access to set up
- One person or a pod with a lead

Country rules for this service
AssistBPO makes outbound calls, texts and emails only with lawful consent and do-not-call scrubbing. Assistants never take card numbers. Country rules.
- Platform: connection requests and messages sent by hand within LinkedIn's terms of service, with no automation, scraping or bulk senders and no shared passwords
- US and UK: once a conversation moves off-platform, CAN-SPAM identity and unsubscribe apply to email, TCPA consent and hours apply to calls, and UK contacts are screened against TPS and CTPS under PECR
- Canada and Australia: CASL express or implied consent before a commercial email or message; Australian numbers washed against the Do Not Call Register before a call
Frequently asked questions
How much does a LinkedIn outreach virtual assistant cost?
Plans depend on hours, desks and coverage. Get a staffing plan within 1 business day. For orientation, marketplace freelancers on Upwork sit around a $13 an hour median with one-off quality, while managed remote staff run $640 to $2,400 a month full time and PayScale lists the average US virtual assistant at $19.45 an hour (Zedtreeo, Wishup, PayScale). AssistBPO prices per named assistant for a block of hours, not per connection sent.
Do you use automation tools?
No. Connection requests, messages and comments are written and sent by a person inside LinkedIn, within daily limits that stay well under the platform's thresholds. Bulk senders, scrapers and browser extensions that mass-message breach LinkedIn's terms of service and put your account at risk of restriction. The trade is volume for safety and reply quality, and reply quality is what books meetings.
How do you access the account safely?
Through the account-access options LinkedIn itself provides, so your credentials are not shared and you can revoke access whenever you want. The assistant works from a managed device with MFA, in your business hours, from a consistent location. Everything sent is in your own inbox as it happens. If you prefer, the assistant drafts and you press send for the first few weeks.
Will the messages sound like me?
That is the main onboarding job. The assistant reads your past messages, your posts and your website, then writes a message set per persona in your sentence length, your vocabulary and your level of directness. You approve every template and read the first 20 live messages before they go. After that the assistant edits per prospect, and the weekly review looks at which phrasing is getting replies.
Do you need Sales Navigator?
It helps, and most clients already have it. Sales Navigator gives better filters, saved lists and lead alerts on job changes and funding, which makes the target list sharper and the openers more relevant. It is not required: a standard account with good search discipline still works for narrow audiences. The assistant works with whatever licenses you hold and never buys tools in your name.
Can the assistant post content as well?
Yes. The assistant drafts and schedules posts from an outline you approve, sources the visuals in Canva, publishes on the agreed days and handles comments. Content and outreach work better together: people check your profile after a connection request, and an active profile makes the next message easier. Content strategy, if you want it written from scratch, sits with the marketing desk.
What about GDPR and consent for LinkedIn messages?
Messaging inside LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn's own terms and the platform's own opt-out controls, and the assistant stops on any request to stop. When a conversation moves to email, phone or SMS, the usual rules apply: lawful consent and do-not-call scrubbing under TCPA in the US, PECR with TPS and CTPS screening in the UK, CASL in Canada and the Australian Do Not Call Register. Lawful basis and source are recorded per contact.
How many conversations should we expect?
It depends on how narrow the audience is, how well known you are and how good the offer is. We agree a weekly target for requests sent and conversations opened during onboarding, check it against the first two weeks and adjust. Acceptance and reply rates are reported by persona, so you can see which segment is worth more effort rather than pushing harder on everyone.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery to a named proposal is 72 hours. Profile rewrite, target list and message sets take the first week, and the first 20 messages go out for your review at the end of it. Full daily outreach runs from week two. Conversations usually start in the first live week, and meetings tend to follow in weeks three and four as slower replies come back.
