More reviews, faster responses
AssistBPO's review management services give your business a named assistant who asks happy customers for reviews, responds to every review on Google, Yelp, Trustpilot and your industry sites in your voice, and monitors new ratings daily so a bad one is answered before it costs you a customer.
- Your hours
- Customer support
- Employed, screened, managed
Requests go out with lawful consent, responses follow your approval rules, and you get a weekly reputation report.
What is review management?
Review management is the routine of generating, monitoring and responding to online reviews for a business: asking recent customers to leave feedback, watching Google, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot and industry platforms for new ratings, replying to each one, flagging fake or policy-breaking reviews and reporting trends. Deliverables and KPIs
AssistBPO reports 6 measures on the review management desk: what lands on your desk, what we count, and how often you see the number.
| Deliverable | KPI we report | Cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Review requests sent | Requests sent, reviews received, conversion | Daily, in the end-of-day report |
| Reviews answered | Response rate and time to respond | Daily |

| Flags and removals | Fake reviews reported, outcomes tracked | Weekly review |
| Reputation report | Rating by platform and location, themes | Weekly |

KPIs are what we measure and report, agreed per engagement in the weekly review. Service-level commitments are set in your agreement, not on this page.
How does the review management desk work?
-
Match
A 20-minute call on your platforms, locations, current rating, how customers are contacted after a sale and what you want your replies to sound like. Within 72 hours we propose a named assistant with reputation experience in your industry and a backup.
-
Onboard
We connect the assistant to your Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook and industry listings with manager-level roles, set up the review request flow from your CRM or field software with consent checks, write the response templates and approval rules, and agree who signs off on negative replies.
-
Daily rhythm
Each day the assistant sends the request batch, checks every platform for new reviews, posts approved positive responses, drafts negative responses for sign-off, flags anything fake and passes real complaints to your team as a ticket. The end-of-day report lists requests, new reviews and responses.
-
Weekly review
20 minutes with the team lead on new review volume, rating movement by location, complaint themes worth fixing, template tweaks and next week's request campaign. Monthly, a sample of responses is scored on the QA scorecard.

These are rate-card starting points. What you pay depends on the hours, the desk and the coverage window, which is what the staffing plan sets. Rates improve as you add assistants. Your staffing plan states the rate for the number of seats you need. The rate card carries the other currencies, the add-ons and the six things that move a plan off it.
How much does review management cost?
Plans start at $400 a month for 40 hours, at $10 an hour, and rates improve as you add assistants. Get a staffing plan within 1 business day.
What moves the plan
- Hours a week and whether the desk is dedicated or shared
- Phones: live answering needs a receptionist profile and a backup
- Coverage zone: business hours, after-hours, weekends or 24/7
- Tools and access to set up
- One person or a pod with a lead

Frequently asked questions
How much do review management services cost?
Plans depend on hours, desks and coverage. Get a staffing plan within 1 business day. For a reference point, 2026 cost guides put managed offshore assistants at $7 to $15 an hour and a 20-hour-a-week part-time desk at $350 to $1,300 a month (Wishup, Cherry Assistant, VantaStaff). AssistBPO prices per assistant for a block of hours, and review management is often added to a receptionist or support desk you already run with us rather than bought alone.
Can you get us more Google reviews?
We can make sure every satisfied customer is asked, at the right moment, with a direct link, and followed up once. That reliably raises review volume because most businesses ask sporadically or not at all. Requests are sent after a completed job, order or visit, with consent, from your CRM or field software, and never in exchange for a discount or gift, which breaks platform rules and can get reviews removed.
How fast do you respond to a negative review?
New reviews are checked every working day, and negative ones are drafted the same day for the approver you named. Once approved, the response is posted and the customer is contacted offline to fix the problem where possible. During discovery we agree how quickly you want a draft and who can approve it, and the weekly report shows time from review to response for every negative one.
What do you say to an unfair or fake review?
Two things happen. Publicly, a calm, factual response is posted that states your side without arguing, because prospective customers read the reply more than the review. Privately, the review is reported to the platform under the relevant policy, for example no transaction on record, competitor or conflict of interest, with the evidence you can provide. Outcomes of every report are tracked in the weekly review.
Which platforms do you monitor?
Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau, Healthgrades and Zocdoc for practices, Avvo for law firms, Zillow for real estate, TripAdvisor for hospitality, app stores for software and marketplace reviews for online sellers. If a platform matters in your industry, tell us and the assistant will add it to the daily sweep.
Will responses sound like the owner wrote them?
That is the aim. Templates are written in your voice and then personalized to each review, naming the service, the staff member if you allow it and the specific thing the customer praised or complained about. Copy-and-paste replies are avoided because customers notice them. The team lead samples responses monthly on the QA scorecard, and you can correct the tone at any weekly review.
Is review management safe for a healthcare practice?
Yes, with rules. Responses are written by HIPAA-trained staff and never confirm that the reviewer was a patient, what they were treated for or when they visited, even when the reviewer says so themselves. A response thanks the person, states your general standards and invites them to call the practice. A BAA is signed through SS Support Network, the group's healthcare desk, before we touch patient contact data.
Can you turn review feedback into something useful?
Every review is tagged by theme: wait time, price, a named staff member, product quality, delivery, cleanliness and so on. The weekly reputation report shows which themes are rising and falling across locations, with the actual quotes, so you can fix the root cause instead of apologizing for the same thing every week. Complaints that need a refund or a fix become tickets in your help desk.
