How does data entry work for home care & NEMT?
Your HIPAA-trained data entry assistant works under a BAA in your hours in AxisCare, WellSky, AlayaCare, RouteGenie or your system, entering from source documents with a second check on every batch and an exceptions list at the end. New client setup means demographics, payer, authorization, emergency contacts and care plan tasks before the first shift. Caregiver setup means profile, skills, certifications with expiry dates, availability and pay rate entered from the personnel file. Trip data entry means completed trips reconciled against manifests with pickup and drop-off times for broker billing. Migrations from paper or a legacy system are scoped as batches with a reconciliation. The monthly QA scorecard shows the error rate per 100 records.
