Where do the counts on this site come from?
The figures in the key-figures band, the footer and the hub pages are not typed in. A build script reads the same data files that render the pages and counts them. Add a service page and the number moves; delete one and it moves back. Today's values are below.
| Figure | Value | How it is counted |
|---|---|---|
| Services across the desks | 88 | Count of service pages in the site data at build |
| Roles you can hire | 40 | Count of role pages at build |
| Industry pods | 22 | Count of industry pages at build |
| Tools we work in | 80 | Count of software pages at build |
| Location pages | 113 | Count of location pages at build |
| Glossary terms | 148 | Count of glossary entries at build |
| Comparison pages | 101 | Count of compare pages at build |
| Case studies | 6 | Count of case-study files at build |
| Pages on the site | 961 | Page Map entries, excluding articles |
| Owner-operated since | 2020 | Registration year of SS Support Network LLC, a company fact |
| Countries in their own hours | 4 | United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: the markets the group staffs |
Where do the third-party benchmarks come from?
Cost ranges for in-house staff, onshore agencies, managed remote assistants and answering services are quoted from named publishers with the year: salary data such as PayScale and Indeed, the published pricing pages of named providers, and answering-service pricing roundups. Each benchmark on a page carries its source and date next to it. They are orientation for a buyer, never AssistBPO prices, and they are rechecked every quarter; a figure whose source has moved is updated or removed.
Market-size and growth figures on the research pages are quoted the same way, with the publisher and year, and ranges are shown where publishers disagree rather than a single number.
How are case-study figures verified?
A before and after number would come from the client's own systems: phone-platform reports, help-desk dashboards, calendar and CRM exports taken at the start and the end of an engagement, with the owner comparing each figure against the export before it is published. Where no figure has been checked that way, the study is published as an operational account instead: what the desk looked like before, what the assistant took over, and what the client sees every day now. That is checkable with the client, which an estimated number is not. Clients are anonymized ("a 12-dentist practice in Texas") unless they ask to be named. We do not mark testimonials up as reviews or ratings, and we never invent quotes.
What do we not publish?
AssistBPO prices, trial periods, guarantees, SLA numbers or certifications we do not hold. Client counts and named clients appear only after owner verification. Coverage hours, the 72-hour match and the 1-business-day reply are operating commitments described in your agreement, not statistics.
Calculators and planners
Each tool shows its formula in words and lists its assumptions and sources on the page. Results are estimates for orientation, computed in your browser, and the figures you enter are not sent to us unless you put them in a form.
