Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement. Updated September 2026 ## About these terms These terms govern your use of assistbpo.com and any content, planners, calculators, downloads and forms on it (the “site”). The site is operated by SS Support Network LLC, a company registered in Vancouver, Washington, USA, trading through its AssistBPO division. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean SS Support Network LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These are website terms only. If you engage us for virtual assistant, receptionist, customer support, appointment setting, back-office or any other staffing service, that engagement is governed by a signed services agreement, a statement of work and, where relevant, a data processing agreement and a business associate agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed documents control. ## What may you use the site for? You may use the site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or buying our services, learning about delegation, outsourcing and the topics we cover, or applying for a job. You must not use the site to send spam, scrape content at scale, probe or test our security, upload malicious code, impersonate another person or company, or interfere with anyone else’s use. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our forms. Please do not send card numbers, bank credentials, government identifiers or health records through website forms, email or WhatsApp. If we need sensitive information to deliver a service, we will provide a secure method for it. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or change or remove content, at any time without notice. ## Content is general information, not advice Everything on the site, including guides, scripts, templates, glossary entries, comparison pages, country and location pages and research pages, is general information. It is written with care and reviewed before publication, but it is not legal, tax, financial, medical or employment advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Calling, messaging and privacy rules change and vary by country, state and province. Before acting on anything you read here, check it against the primary source, such as the FCC, the ICO, the CRTC or the ACMA, or ask a qualified professional who knows your situation. We are not liable for decisions you make based on site content. ## Are the calculator and planner figures a quote? The cost calculator, hours planner, delegation checklists and similar tools produce estimates from the figures you enter and from published third-party benchmarks with a stated source. They are for orientation only. They are not a quotation, an offer or a guarantee of any result, and they may not reflect your circumstances. Plans depend on hours, desks and coverage, and a written staffing plan is provided on request. ## The demo line Our demo receptionist line lets you hear how a call is answered. Calls to it may be recorded after a notice at the start. The demo line is for evaluation by prospective clients; it is not an answering service for your business and no message left on it creates any obligation on us. ## What do our assistants do, and what will they never do? Our assistants are employees of SS Support Network LLC, working from our offices on managed devices. They are never marketplace freelancers or contractors, and clients do not co-employ them. Assistants schedule, answer, take messages, support customers, set appointments with lawful consent and do-not-call scrubbing, and run administrative work inside a client’s systems. They do not give legal, medical, financial or tax advice, do not take or store card numbers, and do not act as a debt collection agency; we are not a collection agency and never collect debts on behalf of third parties. ## Forms and what you send us Information you submit through a contact, call-request, staffing-plan, newsletter or careers form is handled under our [privacy policy](https://assistbpo.com/privacy/). We may follow up on an enquiry by email or phone; tell us to stop at any time. Submitting a form does not create a contract; a contract exists only when both parties sign a services agreement. ## Intellectual property The site and its content, including text, graphics, page designs, illustrations, process names such as Match in 72 hours, The Handoff and the end-of-day report, and the AssistBPO name, Relay Mark and wordmark, are owned by SS Support Network LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and share short extracts for personal or internal business use, with attribution and a link to the source page. You may not republish, sell, or use our content to train commercial models or build competing products without written permission. Scripts, templates and checklists offered for download may be used inside your own business without restriction and may not be resold. Third-party product names such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce, Shopify, RingCentral, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 belong to their owners. Their appearance on the site describes the tools our assistants work in and does not imply endorsement, partnership, certification or reseller status. We hold no partner or reseller status with any vendor named on the site. If you send us feedback or suggestions about the site or our services, we may use them without obligation to you. ## Third-party links and tools The site links to third-party websites, software vendors, regulators and sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or accuracy. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Booking, form-protection and analytics tools embedded on the site are operated by third parties under their own terms, and our privacy policy explains what they collect. Links that open a question in an AI assistant take you to that provider’s service under its terms. ## Comparison pages Our comparison and alternatives pages describe other providers using their public websites and third-party reports, with a source and date noted. Prices and features change, and we may not catch every update. If you represent a company described on the site and believe something is inaccurate, email [sales@assistbpo.com](mailto:sales@assistbpo.com) with the page address and the correct source and we will review and correct it under our [editorial policy](https://assistbpo.com/editorial-policy/). ## Careers Job openings on the site are for employment with SS Support Network LLC. We never charge candidates a fee at any stage. Pay, hours and benefits are confirmed at offer, not on the site. ## Disclaimer of warranties The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right that applicable consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and UK consumer law. ## Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SS Support Network LLC, its owners, staff and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or its content, even if we were told such loss was possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Liability under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this section. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. ## Indemnity You agree to indemnify SS Support Network LLC against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site. ## Privacy Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the site, including cookies and consent, call recording, international transfers to our second office in Pakistan, and your rights under US state laws, UK GDPR, EU GDPR, PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25 and the Australian Privacy Act. By using the site you acknowledge that policy. ## Which law governs these terms? These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU, Canada or Australia, you keep any right to bring proceedings in your home courts that local law gives you. Before starting any claim, please contact us. Most issues can be resolved with an email. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. If we make a material change, we will note it on this page. ## General If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
