# Accessibility statement

This accessibility statement covers AssistBPO's commitment to an accessible website, the WCAG 2.2 AA target we build to, the measures in place, known limitations, and how to report a problem to accessibility@assistbpo.com.

Updated September 2026

## Our commitment

SS Support Network LLC, trading as AssistBPO, wants everyone to be able to use assistbpo.com, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, captions or reduced-motion settings. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site.

## What have we done to make the site accessible?

- A skip link at the top of every page lets keyboard users jump straight to the main content.
- Pages use semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a logical heading order so assistive technology can move through them.
- Every interactive element has a visible focus indicator, and focus order follows the reading order.
- Buttons, links and form controls have a minimum target size of 44 by 44 pixels.
- Animations, including the logo, the coverage clock and the day timeline, respect the operating-system reduced-motion setting.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative images and illustrations are hidden from assistive technology.
- Text and interface colors meet the WCAG contrast ratios.
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages announced to assistive technology, and no time limits.
- Content is written in plain language at a reading level suitable for a general business audience.
- The site works at 400 percent zoom and on narrow screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Calculators, planners and tabbed FAQs can be operated with a keyboard alone.
- Data tables have header cells, captions where needed and a keyboard-reachable scroll region on small screens.

## Does the site meet WCAG 2.2 AA?

We are targeting WCAG 2.2 AA. A full audit with assistive technology has not yet been completed, so we describe the site as partially conformant until it is.

## What still does not work well?

Our September 2026 checks (axe-core and Lighthouse on template samples, plus keyboard and screen-reader spot checks) found no critical or serious issues. Some limitations remain. The call-booking calendar on the book-a-call page is an embedded third-party widget whose internal controls we do not own, so a plain request form and a phone number are offered as alternatives. The animated explainers, the three clocks and the live task stream are decorative and show their content as static text when your system asks for reduced motion. Data tables on compliance, research and pricing pages scroll sideways on small screens and can be reached with the keyboard. Links that open a question in an AI assistant lead to third-party sites we do not control.

## Third-party content

Some parts of the site, such as the call-booking widget, the consent banner and the form-protection challenge, are provided by third parties. We choose providers that publish accessibility information, but we cannot fully control their output. If one of these blocks you, contact us and we will offer another way to complete the task, such as booking by email or phone.

## Technical specification

The site is built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, and with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver. Core content and forms work without JavaScript.

## How do I report an accessibility problem?

If you find something on the site that is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please tell us. Email [accessibility@assistbpo.com](mailto:accessibility@assistbpo.com) or call +1-657-777-0006. Please include the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 5 business days and to fix confirmed issues in the next release.

## Review

This statement is reviewed at least once a year and after each major change to the site. The date at the top shows the latest review.
